Event 2: Competition of Wizards

With the Magic Council at least temporarily calmed down after the initial panic of a terrorist attack, the Guild Masters have decided to host an inter-guild competition in order to see which guild has the strongest 'children,' as well as to foster relationships between the guilds, and even between the guilded and guildless.
