Spell name: Plasma flare
Element: Fire
Rank: 1
MP cost: 20 (always overcharged)
Effect: By emiting microwave energy burning brighter and not hotter, she causes minor burns on an opponent but the main effect is on the eyes. In a brief forward blast she can blind her opponent and open them up to a number of other effects. This is always overcharged.

Power: (*)
Speed: (*)
Area: (*)
Extra: Blinding, burning(free), ranged, overcharged, radiant

-----------------------------------

Spell name: Ozone zone
Element: gas
Rank: 1
MP cost: 20 (always overcharged)
Sustain cost: 10
Effect: This spell has absolutely no lethal capabilities (unless someone has asthma) this does no damage and is effective only to set up for another spell. The power from this spell is goes entirely into filling the area with ozone by heating and exciting oxygen molecules in the air until there's enough ozone there to cause an explosion. The next fire spell used after this ability is done charging has its power increased by 2** (that includes an enemy fire mage).

Power: *(*)
Speed: (*)
Area:*(*)
Extra: sustained, overcharged, nonlethal (free)

-------------------------------------

Spell name: Plasma knife
Element: fire
Rank: 1
MP cost: 20(always overcharged)
Effect: Though low in damage this attack is used for two things primarily. Detonating Ozone zone, and interrupting other mages spells. By targeting another mage's spell as its being cast, or hitting an external sustained spell, Tesstarosa can cause that spell to explode. In addition, any opponent that comes in contact with whether it hits or misses will cause it to explode.

Power: (*)
Speed:(*)
Area:*(*)
Extra: overcharge, detonating, ranged, burning(free)

---------------------------

Spell name: Microwave Field
Element: fire
Rank: 1
MP cost: 10
sustain cost:5
Effect: Using microwave emanations Testarossa creates a static field that allows her to push away damage that would normally affect her. Unfortunately it has no recharge rate so every time an attack hits it it threatens to overpower her. If more than 6* worth of damage break down the shield she still takes 50% of the damage.

Power: (**)(**)(**)
Speed:
Area:
Extra:sustained,Defendingx2, targets self

---------------------------

Spell name: Radar field
Element:fire
Rank: 1
MP cost: 10
Effect: Tessa closes her eyes and emits microwaves operating at a low frequency. The result allows her to detect enemies within a certain range of her. In addition to this, most people take a small amount of damage as the radiation from these waves strikes them but that only applies to people who are very close. This allows her to take a slight advantage when it comes to escaping. The information the radar gives her is as follows: 1 detects the presence of organic matter, determines if mana is being charged, determines roughly how many people there are (if it's a group larger than 5 it groups the people into larger splotches to indicate there is more than one person in that group.

Power: *
Speed: *
Area:*(**)(**)
Extra: Radius boostx2

These spells are all well thought out and written nicely, so I'm approving these. Just as a note though, when spells clash, damage and durability are calculated by the Power stat. So your knife in it's current form only does 1* damage to the spell in question. It won't dispel a 2* or higher spell. (Unless the spell was already damaged by another spell already) It would however, weaken the spell by 1*
