Tatsu's additional level 4 spells

Lightning Palm:

Spell name: Lightning Palm
Element: Lightning
Rank: 4

Effect: Tatsuma races forward, striking a target with a full palm strike. In the regular version his hand crackles with electricity, an opponent hit with the palm strike is struck with powerful blast of electricity. With the overcharged version the lightning crackles around his entire body before being discharged at the enemy and affecting the area in front of his palm. The power from this strike is now charged with a high resonance electrical wave that causes a static discharge that will knock an opponent down.

  Spell name: Rairyu no tsubasa (Lightning Dragon wing)
   Element: Lightning
   Rank: 4
   MP cost: 30
   Effect: Tatsuma extends his palms in front of him and supercharges an electromagnetic field at a frequency that simultaneously creates Ozone in the air and then electrifies it in concentrated bursts to create a powerful destructive burst extending outward from his palms. Can also be aimed at the ground and combined with a jump to launch Tatsu into the air instead, but causes severe damage to the ground where he previously was.

   Element: lightning

   Effect: While this spell is active Tatsuma is able to sense clearly the bioelectricity of all within the area of the spell. Anything that doesn't exude bioelectricity won't register so hiding doesn't make a difference. In this regard it works somewhat like advanced radar or, more accurately, like a shark's ability to sense prey hidden beneath sand or behind rocks in the ocean. Used mostly for tracking, it has very little combat applicability, though it does overcome cloaking and invisibility as well as illusionary placements unless the latter are placed around something with a bioelectrical signature (provided that the spells it's overcoming are lower in power than *** thanks to the dragon slayer's natural ability to see through illusions).

Spell name: Hiraishin (Lightning rod)
Element: Lightning

Effect: Tatsuma charges himself, the ground, and the air with which he is in contact with positive and negatively charged ions creating the perfect environment to pull electricity from the planet's atmosphere to himself. The resulting lightning bolt restores mana equal to the amount of power of the spell (5 *'s= 50 mana, 6*'s=60 mana etc.). It should be noted that this spell can only be used in an outside environment. In addition, despite the rule on cooldowns, this spell can only be used once per topic.
