I cannot approve this weapon as is.
Holder Equipment don't use Lacrima.
Put spells in the spell approval section.
Rank Bonus is a no go.

Lacrima set up removed.
I was following Rallands example when I included the spells and figured that it wouldn't be a big deal. Spell list removed. I will edit the spells themselves accordingly.
The + Ranks aren't bonuses. I had written this up before submitting my character app, and I wasn't sure if I was going to be allowed to be Rank 3 and those were put in just in case I had to remove attribute points. The notes have been removed.
