Personality:
Alleire is a girl focused on making the world a better place... For herself. Her primary goal is to find out the meaning in life. She is an idealist and a perfectionist, who drives herself hard in her quest for achieving the goals she has identified for herself.
Alleire is highly intuitive about people. She relies heavily on her intuitions to guide her, and uses the discoveries to constantly search for value in life. She is on a continuous mission to find the truth and meaning in underlying things. Every encounter and every piece of knowledge gained gets sifted through her value system, and is evaluated to see if it has any potential to help her define or refine her own path in life. The goal at the end of the path is always the same - to change the world.
Generally thoughtful and considerate, Alleire is a good listener and puts people at ease. Although she may be reserved in expressing emotion, she has a very deep well of caring for some and is genuinely interested in understanding people. This sincerity is sensed by others, making Alleire a valued friend and confidante. If she desires, the young woman can be quite warm to the people she knows well.
Alleire does not like conflict, and goes to great lengths to avoid it. If she must face it, she will always approach it from the perspective of her feelings. In conflict situations, Alleire places little importance on who is right and who is wrong. She focuses on the way that the conflict makes her feel, and indeed doesn't really care whether or not she's right. She doesn't want to feel badly. This trait sometimes makes her appear irrational and illogical in conflict situations. On the other hand, she makes a very good mediator, and is typically good at solving other people's conflicts, because she intuitively understands people's perspectives and feelings, and genuinely wants to help them.
Alleire is flexible and laid-back, until one of her values is violated. In the face of her value system being threatened, she can become an aggressive defender, fighting passionately for her cause. When she has adopted a project or job which she's interested in, it usually becomes a cause for her. Although she's not a highly detail-oriented individual, she will cover every possible detail with determination and vigor when working for her cause.
When it comes to the mundane details of life maintenance, Alleire is typically completely unaware of such things. She might go for long periods without noticing a stain on the carpet, but carefully and meticulously brushes a speck of dust off of her favorite book.
Alleire does not like to deal with hard facts and logic. She focuses on her feelings and the human condition makes it difficult for her to deal with impersonal judgment. She doesn't understand or believe in the validity of impersonal judgment, which makes her naturally rather ineffective at using it. Alleire will generally avoid impersonal analysis, although she has developed this ability and is able to be quite logical. Under stress, it's not uncommon for the woman to missuse hard logic in the heat of anger, throwing out fact after (often inaccurate) fact in an emotional outburst.
Alleire has very high standards and is more or less of a perfectionist. Consequently, she is usually hard on herself, and doesn't give enough credit. She might have problems working on a project in a group, because her standards are likely to be higher than other members of the group. In group situations, she may have a 'control' problem. Alleire seriously needs to work on balancing her high ideals with the requirements of every day living. Without resolving this conflict, she'll never be happy with herself, and may become confused and paralyzed about what to do with her life. She is at her very best in situations where she's working for personal goals and in which she doesn't need to use hard logic.
Conclusively, an Alleire who functions in her well-developed sides can accomplish great and wonderful things, which she will rarely give herself credit for.

- It’s cold. Bone-chilling to the point that you can’t get warm. But Aedre had to wonder if it was the lack of heat that shivered through her or if it was the fear of not knowing her place in the world around anymore. Of just how far she had to merge to get somewhere or where that safe place was to appear next when she dared to blindly move forward.
It was also constricting. Her chest felt heavy as she strained to see beyond the seemingly solid black walls around me and shadowy passages in this self-created maze of hers. She actually could breathe easier if she closed her eyes— a way that she could control the darkness, instead of it controlling her.
After a few days of the self-training that she was providing herself; while waiting for the encounter with him, Aedre could feel herself growing tired, physically and emotionally. She was trying her very best to be upbeat and optimistic, pushing through like everyone else who surrounded her, but something was surely changing inside of her. It was as though the little inner light that she possessed was being snuffed out by cold, wet fingers of the darkness. Even in the daytime, when the sun was warming the sky, she had this dread looming over her. A dread that niggled in the back of her mind warning her that the darkness needed to be back. She couldn't escape it anymore. All she did was watch the clock tick the daylight hours away, knowing what was inevitably coming.
With lacrima supplied streetlights, brightly lit storefronts and magical vehicles with high and powerful beams, it was no wonder how she had forgotten what true darkness felt like— and how his help had managed to make her understand. Once again.
'Darkness is not a color to describe. It is, to be simply put, not the time of day.' He had said, while gifting it to her.
But for most people it is a state of being. Of being cold and constricted; of being fearful of the unknown around them. And it is a sense of hopelessness of ever having anything better.
"......"
As Harrigan completes his little speech, his shadow would turn and twist in a strange way; before coalescing and taking the form of a human figure. A gentle gust of wind would make its way into the foyer as it'd sweep away the blonde bangs on Aedre's forehead. Her crimson eyes would glance at the countable number of people in the Hall and then turn to look at the man standing beside her.
"Nice speech." She'd state with a slightly sarcastic voice underlying in her frosty voice, as her hand would extend forward and grab the sleeve of Harrigan's coat.
"Master Harrigan will see all of you a little later." The now-blonde would let the members know, trying to sound as polite as possible. Then with a smirk gracing her lips, Aedre and Harrigan both would be seen melting into the shadows.
Tick. Tock.
The second's hand on the clock would change its position twice, as the two Crawfords would appear inside the little office room of the Guild Master. Letting go of the man's coat Aedre will simply proceed to the opposite side of the table. She'll let her hoodie down, letting the blonde hair be brought to light by the fair number of candles in the room. Walking towards the only window in the room she'll simply let her eyes enjoy the vision spread before her by the night sky, before sighing slightly and speaking, "I think its finally time for us to explain our actions. Deeds of the past decade. The things that changed us." She let it out very subtly, but knew that it was enough for the man to understand.
"I give you the honor of beginning, Uncle." She'd end up; using a title that she rarely addressed him with.
