Using the Wizard's Journal

The Wizard's Journal is, at its most basic, a way to keep track of threads and items your character owns. This can simply mean posting links to your threads in order or writing down any items you own.

Or, if you want to get more complicated, many people use them like a second, editable character bio where they can update their character as things happen, as well as keep track of all of their spells in one place.
