Effect: Kotone enters a unique state that she calls “Ice Dragon’s Wrath.” When in this state, her fangs seem more noticeable, and she seems to have slightly scalier skin in places. Her irises glow an icy blue, and the temperatures around her drop by nearly 60 degrees, making for dangerous temperatures for anyone within a couple of feet aside from her. When in this form, all of Kotone’s ice spells are boosted by two **’s of power (equal to half of the spell’s power rating). Once she stops sustaining the spell, the effects last for one additional post.
