The legend of Wild Arms Rallands

Roejaster  wears a long black coat, adorned with gold and leather belts, he’s a toned, natural athlete. His body underneath his clothing is decorated in hundreds of scars from one story or another. Muscles toned on the outlands of Fiore. Has two empty holsters on his hips, reminiscent of before he used Requip, he kept them solely because it became habit to have around.He’s often seen wearing his rugged cowboy hat, most of the time he looks through a small notch in his hat. A smile on his face and a confident glint in his eye. He’s a smooth gunslinger.

Roejaster is seemingly simple guy, good looks, confident smirk on his face, and always cool under pressure. He’s a rugged pretty boy so to say.  Though there’s a hard shell to crack behind that smirk. Roejaster He’s hell bent on making Fiore a better place, because the innocent shouldn’t have to suffer with their lives to be paid, for there to a “balance” in the world. The only balance in his eyes is when you’ve taken you have to pay back, even if you’re dragged all the way to the teller, you will pay. He was raised around military action, tactics, and he  in the outlands of Fiore. Though not too book smart, when it comes to a fight, his instincts can be beaten by few. Is completely convinced that all MC paladins are just jar heads (Residual from the loss of his parents). He has a very philosophical mind, despite the company he used to keep, he always loved reading poetry and debating philosophy to himself under the night sky. Honestly believes in the ideals of Fairy Tail, the bonds and ties, the rough housing, and he's found a trust in Taiga he'd all but forgotten. He’s a guy who’s trying to carry the weight of the world on his shoulders all by himself.

Roejaster grew up in a small batch of homes on the outskirts of Era. His was parents were both high ranking paladin officers in the Magic Councils army. Roejaster looked up to everything his parents were, dutiful, whole heartedly in love, and they wore their titles proudly. At one time Roejaster was actually a recruit in in the military, believe it or not. It was a peaceful day like any else, the day came when his parents got called to the line. A young rambunctious recruit wanted nothing more than to be able to fight alongside his parents, to finally see them as the true warriors they were. That would be the last time he saw them. As he walked down the lane to his home where his teenage sister awaited him. As he read the words on the page “Killed in Action” he felt his whole world start to crumble from the sky downward. “If only I had been there! I could have saved them! I should have been there!” His words started fogging his own eyes, darkening the skies with grief. Wait that wasn’t his words clouding the sky. It was an actual fire. As his vision came back to reality, he heard a shattering in his ears. Their home, his home was in a terrifyingly uproar of flames arching to the sky. Everything else was silence. He sprinted for the house and tried to run into the flames to search for his sister. The guards on the scene grabbed him and held him tight. He just tugged and pulled, fighting them until it was nothing but ashes. He kneeled in the center of the remains of his world and broke down into a grieving rage. Sobbing as the sky started to pour. Every tear another precious memory falling to the ground, being soaked into the same soil most of them were made.
“Wild arms Ride!” The group of rough riding bandits began tearing down the sandy hill as the Magic Council armored train came barreling around the train tracks. “Just like the Magic Council. Always on time.” Roejaster Rallands stood a behind a top a mountainous cliff, overhanging the canyon that the tracks ran through. As their target car came around the bend, Roejaster “Wild Arms” Rallands class A outlaw 5000,000J reward. Wanted Dead or Alive,  held his arm bent slightly in front of his body. Suddenly a large assault rifle with a chained spike attachment appeared to perfectly fit his arm. Adjusting the rifle to lead his shot just ahead of the car. With his opposite hand, fired the attachment, the spike went flying through the air, embedding itself in the side of the car. Roejaster smirked and unlocked the reel, it pulled him along the chain zipping off the cliff and onto the car. The canyon wind whipped past his body. The assault rifle and grappling spike vanished. His hands hanging to his side, as two large twin revolvers assembled in his hands. He leaped off the side of the car and smashed through the window. The gang of outlaws were all starting to board the train from horseback. As the plan went, release the locks on the two militia cars protecting the loot and derail it in the process.
Roejaster smiled as he broke the seal on the cash car. He slung the doors open, and the car entire car was empty, besides one girl. The smile faded quickly from his face. The young girl was shuddering in the corner. “WHAT THE HELL IS THIS!?!” the small girl winced, she was covered in rags. “You promised us the haul of a lifetime Rallands?!” “Shut up Jackson!”  Roejaster commanded. Jackson held his hand up and it charged with a green energy. He stomed in and grabbed her by the collar, the girl glared at him in raw fear. “Put her down Jackson!”  Roejaster’s face was cold and serious. “Someone has to pay me back for all my hard work.” A single gunshot went off. Jackson’s hand fell to the floor. The brutish bandit cried out in pain, as the blue energy faded from his dismembered hand. A blur of color stopped with the girl cradled in Roejaster’s arm, his other hand outstretched with the barrel of one of his large six guns between the eyes of Jackson “I said… Put her down.”  Jackson fell to his knees clutching his arm “Rallands you son of bitch! Agh!”  Roejaster  stood up and walked steadily out of the train car, gun to his side, girl in his arms. Jackson was screaming in pain, the rest of the gang was simply dumbfounded and speechless. The small girl looked up to him “w-why?”  Roejaster kept his stern gaze on the horizon “I don’t kill innocence…” On that the two faded into the dust of the wasteland.

The fateful encounter of Kotone Hoshino "Ice Dragon Slayer and Roejaster "Wild Arms" Rallands. The young Dragon Slayer was being severely harassed by a group of irate towns people. Roejaster being the sucker he is, couldn't help himself. He devised a quick plan to put on a little show for the townspeople. They put on a merciful and glorious "Fight" which ended with the nefarious Wild Arms' capture.
They skipped town together, with Kotone holding the title of "Hero" and Roejaster not being able to go back to Hargeon for a while.

They then set off towards Magnolia together, learning that they were becoming quick friends along the way.
