SUPERWHOLOCK: Paradox in a Box

The Silence is angry. Outraged, in fact. It has been revealed that there are some Time Lords that have survived the Time War, and for them, this is dangerous. The Silence have decided that it is time to step in and target them, taking them out one by one. While this is going on, Daleks, Weeping Angels, and Cybermen are rampaging the Earth, and it seems a new war may come very soon.

Sherlock becomes incredibly enthralled by a case with "disappearing men" and is spending all of his time trying to find more information about them. This has become an epidemic and John has contacted the Winchester brothers, flying them in to help with the case, despite Sherlock's protest. The Weeping Angels are zapping people who appear to be completely unrelated and are slowly bringing themselves to target Sherlock in order to gain the Doctor's attention. While the Winchester brothers are off helping Holmes on the case, he is suddenly zapped by the angels and sent away... no longer existing.

In this universe, it is as though Sherlock Holmes never existed, but memories can leave traces of people, after all. John Watson still remembers who his lost detective is and he is making it his motive to track down the Doctor and find Sherlock before it's too late, wherever he may be. In moments like these, time can be rewritten, if need be. To most people, The Doctor is like a ghost. He hopes the Winchester brothers can help "summon" him.

With so much going on, will the Doctor be able to save everyone? Will Sherlock be lost in an alternate universe forever, lingering as a simple memory, or will John be able to save him?
