General Appearance: Kroenen is a slim man of a relatively tall height. As for his facial features, he has faint shadows right under his grey eyes, and his mouth is usually seen in a smile. He has black hair, a majority of which is obscured, save for his sideburns and small black goatee by the northern-style fur hat that Law wears, which is white and has spots on the bottom and along the rim. He has many tribal-style tattoos on his arms; on both of his hands, are the letters D, E, A, T, and H tattooed in black on each of the back of his fingers. He also has a black cross on the back of both of his hands. On his chest, he has a tribal-style heart tattoo with a odd sun tattoo on it. He has simpler heart tattoo on his shoulders and his same sun tattoo tattooed on his back. He usually wears a long black coat with his usual sun like Tattoo along the hem and on the sleeve. He wears black boots as well.

Personality: Kroenen is an extremely laid-back character, who is nearly always seen calmly smiling. The only times he is shown not smiling was when he is incredibly shocked, explaining something to other people, frowning in deep thought, or deeply embarrassed. He usually smiles when he's trying to provoke someone or is pleased that a plan went as it was intended. He also has a more reckless attitude when faced against others. However, he hates being ordered around, and is capable of knowing when he and his immediate allies are in a pinch, and is not above resorting to forging brief alliances with rivals for survival. He speaks in a politely sarcastic manner. He also appears to be honorable enough to refuse taking credit that is due to others. He also appears to have a sense of honor (or at least respect for those he sees as potential rivals in the future). Despite Kroenen's terse and rather cruel demeanor towards others, he has shown to have some measure of compassion. He is also very blunt when responding to people. He also has no qualms explaining to other people on how he accomplished nullifying their attacks with his abilities, and before that, even states to those he is about to kill that weaklings do not get the right to choose the manner in which they die.

Motivations:

• Kroenens biggest motivation is to find the meaning of his magic and how to truly master it since how he gained its power is still a mystery to him.
  
• To find the Dark Continent where he originated from to hopefully find out who he actually is.
  
• Kroenen's one true motivation in this world is to become stronger and help those who are weak. He shows this by standing up for those who cannot fight for themselves such as the elderly and young since he knows how it feels to be in there place.

• Drowning since he cant swim: With his fear of large bodies of water Kroenen never learned to swim so he fears falling into rivers thinking he will drown.

Description: This magic allows the user to manipulate anything within a specific area, such as weapons, ships and to a degree people in what was described as a "surgical" manner, within a spherical territory bordered by a light blue aura. Through this ability, Kroenen can dismember people from a distance without harming them, lift or displace objects of any size. People separated by this ability aren't killed and can still feel their separated parts, regardless of the distance. In other words, he can cut through flesh and bone without actually hurting the victim. However, when the power is used on an inanimate object, the power will act as a normal cut.
Strengths: Kroenen typically uses his Magic together with his swordsmanship, making his sword a "scalpel" of sorts while his powers are active. The territory generated by Room marks the range of how long he can strike targets from afar. He generally uses the warping aspect of power to his advantage, at both in and out of battle, to help obtain things that are otherwise beyond his physical reach. The Room Magic makes Kroenen well-suited at fighting long-range battles, since he is practically at full control of an area where anything can happen for as long as his powers are active. However, he is just as formidable in close-range combat.
Weaknesses: A drawback to the magic is that the user of the Room can only use its powers within a specific area, so if the target moves outside the area, they are immune to its powers. It appears that Kroenen has to make hand gestures to use certain attacks. Furthermore, while he can control everything within a particular area, if he is not focused on an opponent they can still move freely. In order for him to swap objects or people inside Room, there must be an object to swap with. It should be noted that when Kroenen creates his "Room", it spreads out with himself in the center and remains in that location until he dismisses it, indicating that the user may not be able to move "Room" once created.

Alrighty, sorry it's taken so long. I've been a touch busy lately. Let's get down to business.

Everything looks in order save for one glaring issue: Your magic.

The main problem with it is it's ability to control other characters. Switching their hearts, attaching them to random objects... while we do allow for this in agreed settings run by the players, it cannot be listed as an actual effect in the magic itself. That's what staff looks at when we approve spells, and we approve spells based on how we're balancing things for events and site wide plot things.

That being said, I like the concept of your magic. The idea of creating a territory and controlling what goes on inside is a fairly cool idea. So if you change it to not directly control other characters, it should be good. Also, you cannot start with your sword and it cannot directly channel magic if it is a mundane sword. However, your magic would still technically affect it since it's like any other object in your "Room". It shouldn't take too long to get the money for a mundane sword if that's what you're after.
