Request details: The character encounters Aveline, who claims her neighbor and landlady are causing a ruckus, and she’s afraid it will get violent if someone doesn’t help. Go to the location and see them practically at each other’s throats. You’ll have to mediate or find some other way to break up the fight. Remember, if it gets violent, you’ve failed!

General Appearance: Aveline is a pretty young girl with yellow eyes. Her hair is blonde, and she likes to wear black pants with a white shirt. She’s a little bit on the pudgy side, but it somehow doesn’t really take away from her cute looks.
Personality: Aveline is a sweet girl who just wants to be able to relax when she’s at home. She’s easily distressed by commotions, however, and has gone to the council more than once for help with disputes.

Personality: Mini is hard-headed, and rather strict about paying rent. She dislikes when tenants are late, no matter the reason. She can be reasoned with, however, and if things are handled properly, she’ll make exceptions.
Motivations: Hey, you don’t become a landlady just to give people free homes.
Fears: Not getting paid, bad tenants.

Other: Will eventually get worked up enough to assault a tenant and toss them out until they can come up with rent.

General Appearance: Rochelle is a bit of a punk. She has a nose piercing and wears skimpy clothing. She doesn’t look like she makes a ton of money, but she does look like she’s independent enough to try and support herself without help.
Personality: Rochelle is hot-headed and not very good at pacifying people. She originally wanted to explain that her pay was late and that she could pay next week, but she didn’t get that far before being pushed overboard.
