Effect: Saigara forms a deeper spiritual connection, which enhances his intelligence. In this state, all of his magic becomes more powerful. He appears to grow feathered white wings, although they are just a manifestation of his spirt. As such they are intangible and cannot be struck or injured. They glow with an ethereal light and can even illuminate dark places.

Effect: Saigara infuses his blade with magical energy. Anything he touches with it becomes immobilized in crystals, which blossom over the targetted area. Similar to petrification, but instead of stone, the appearance is that of glass.

Spell name: Judgment

MP cost: 10 MP
Effect: A pillar of light errupts in front of Saigara's hand, dealing raw damage. Can only be used at close range, mainly a single-target, though more could be hit if they are bunched together.

3 spells and as for "wings of icarus" it won't give you extra magic power unless you're using the dice system. If you're wanting to use it buff spell power I'd just like to quantify by how much it is doing so. other than that everything else looks good :)

I've changed it to three spells, and reworded Wings of Icarus to specify Intelligence - I meant for it to buff Int, not his spells directly.
