[Basic Information]
Full Name: Tatsuma Shinju
Alias(es): Raiden
Gender: Male
Age: 16
Birthday: unknown
Sexuality: Heterosexual

[Characteristics]
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 196
Hair: Blonde
Eyes: Violet

General Appearance:  For reasons unbeknownst to him Tatsuma's eyes are a bright violet color. He typically wears loose clothing such as Haoris and Hakama pants. His body is well trained, something that was forced on him by his parent, but he is limited and his development is currently somewhere between buff and thin. His muscles are well defined and his abs, legs, and arms are extremely chiseled, though the fact that the clothing he wears is almost always black with long sleeves tends to hide that which typically causes people to underestimate his strength based on his appearance.

When he isn't wearing his usual black Haori and Hakama he wears a track suit with black under- armor and a white shirt over that. Typically he'll wear this when he's participating in guild events so he has something of an edge as far as clothing weight is concerned. His spiky blonde hair is another distinguishing characteristic. He never styles it, it just stands up on its own and stays that way as long as he has mana. Once his reserve is low, his hair gradually begins to flatten out until it lays over his head with no bounce at all and only the odd untamed strand here and there.

Personality:  Tatsuma has learned a number of behaviors from Rhidran, his dragon parent. Like her he has a very bad temper at times, and like her he has learned to contain himself until the loss of his temper will allow him to somehow achieve something, though he fails at making this distinction from time to time. He also learned his love of storms and high places from her and is at his utmost level of elation when he is experiencing these two things.

In addition his general mannerisms tend toward the sarcastic and "devil may care" in that he jokes during serious situations to make them easier to swallow, though most people don't get that. In addition he also has no aversion to being violent when the need arises.

He's also learned to dislike certain things that his parent tends to embody. He doesn't believe that power is the only method to change the world. The two of them had many debates about this and in the end Tatsuma lost every time as far as determinately winning these debates, though it didn't deter his actual thoughts about the subject.

Despite all of the debates he agrees with Rhidran over power and its place in the world, they agreed on the fact that it was meaningless without knowing how to apply it. Thanks to that outlook he has gotten pretty creative about the use of his spells and has become a fairly creative individual, though he seems to have trouble remembering complex pieces of information easily. He has trouble with most puzzles, and often finds ways out of study sessions with guild mates and the like.

Although he has short comings concerning puzzles, it doesn't slow him down. Tatsuma loves getting right into the thick of things and solving them with his bare hands to the best of his abilities. He also tends to prefer to be in motion, and has a  love/hate relationship with vehicles because while they are in motion, usually faster than he can move, he, himself is not moving. If he can't stick his head out the window he will often move around from seat to seat or do random exercise on trains and the like which will often leave him exhausted if he happens to be on long trips.

[Life]
Occupation: Guild Wizard for Fairy Tail , Lightning Dragon Slayer

Family: Rhidran- the Lightning Dragon, and all of his fairy tail guild mates

Medical Conditions: Tatsuma doesn't possess any current medical conditions, though he does tend to build up static electricity more than normal so he often discharges it when he first touches people.

Pets: Tatsuma has a pack of wolves he associates with in some forests outside of magnolia. They aren't specifically HIS wolves, but he visits them when he's out on jobs if he's by himself. They live in the forest and he really doesn't take care of them, but they recognise him and have been known to help him out.

Hometown: Mount Hakobe

Secrets: Tatsuma has been developing his own fighting style, but doesn't use any part of it when other people are watching.
He has heard four or five leads about dragon sightings and is waiting to pursue them until he finds someone he can trust to help.
He is actually a pretty good artist, but keeps his Journel well hidden though it contains pictures he has drawn of Rhidran and other important factors in his life (like the wolf pack mentioned in pets)

History:
Tatsuma used to drink in the wisdom from debating with his mother. It was only his mother in the sense that she had raised him from as far back as he could remember. They would get to the point of her breathing off lightning in frustration of what she perceived as his ignorance. Still, the debates only made him more steadfast in what he believed. There was no point in having power to change the world when it was never enough. There was always a reason to train, but that didn't mean that power was the only thing worth having. His blood always pumped harder after this debates, but that only fueled the desire to train harder when they were done.

From time to time he tends to think about the old days. He even finds himself dreaming of the time when he was still with Rhidran. She was never exactly a tender parent, and from the time he could walk until the time that she left he was raised to be strong, with the utmost focus on the application of that strength in making sure that he survived. As he thinks about it now, it almost seems as though she was preparing him for her absence. Those days are long gone, from her lessons on the dragon slayer magic principles, to the lightning she used to sometimes give him, or the storms she used to bring so they could eat the lightning from them.  Now all that's left is memories and the hope of finding her that seems less and less likely every day.
At first, right after she had left, he just cried. It was the first time he felt helpless, frail, weak, and any number of adjectives that described the feeling of impending doom couldn't phrase just how pathetic he found his situation. It was only when he saw a giant shadow looming over the horizon that he found the strength to move. He rushed, charging headlong over the hill, with no food in in stomach and nothing giving him strength, he rushed/stumbled to try to catch the shadow. To this day it's not clear whether or not it was Rhidran just trying to get him to move or if it was simply a manifestation of his hunger-addled imagination, but he was finally able to come out of the slump he was in. Despite not having seen her, nor being able to verify what it was that he had seen, he found his motivation. No more sitting around, no more crying, no more feeling sorry for himself. Tatsuma finally decided he would search for her. It was his first motivation, his first active desire, and it ignited the spark he needed to charge himself.

He wandered for a year after that point, just looking for a way to survive. The skills his mother had taught him gave him the power to catch food in the harsh environment, but since the only two major forms of life on the mountain were Blizzardverns and Vulcans he was forced to get creative... and unforgiving. When Vulcans would come back with food he would ambush them using hit and run tactics to steal some of their food, though not all of it. When Blizardvern would go to sleep he would come to steal some of their herbs. The magic boost he got from it gave him more strength and allowed him to train. It worked for a little bit, but he couldn't keep it up and eventually he was forced to leave Mount Hakobe.

After leaving the mountains, the first place he ended up in was east forest. It wasn't that it was the first place that he passed through, just the first place that he stayed for any amount of time. It was here that he met the pack of wolves that he adopted... or that adopted him, the details as to who chose to accept whom is a bit sketchy. He first stumbled across them when he had gotten into a bit of a scuffle with forest Vulcan. He would have been in serious trouble if it hadn't been for the pack. All he remembered from the fight was the fur and fangs that came in, striking their way into the flesh of the beast just after it had smashed a fist into his back, sending him flying back with his head hitting the tree. He stood up shakily, but the wolves had held it still. They fought while he charged up, using his dragon roar to cause enough damage to force the monster to run.

When he woke, the wolves were lying around him, with one of them licking his head where he had hit it. From that point forward he was with them and they with him. They taught him how to catch food in the forest, and how to fight with agility and precision. It was because of this that he started trying to make his own fighting style, based on the movements of wolves. At first he could only manage to some wolf-like dodges and some fairly clumsy maneuvers. Thanks to that he deemed the style should be called "Okami No Kusari" or "chains of the wolf". The times were good, but eventually he knew he had to leave.

Six months ago Tatsuma wandered into Magnolia Town. There were sights and sounds he had never experienced before, and fireworks exploding in the sky! It was like they had captured the thunder and it was playing just for him. That was the day he met mages from Fairy Tail. They were rowdy, but they looked like they were having fun. That was also the day he got into his first fight with his first mage. Incidentally he was cocky, believing that Rhidran's training and his harsh lifestyle would give him the edge, but he was beaten, smashed, and fireballed into the ground. It was painful, but the lesson he got from it was exactly what he needed. There were strong mages in this guild.

The mage that he had challenged was the one that brought him to Fairy Tail. He was invited because he had given the fight his all, he had fought to win, taken multiple hits, but he kept coming forward. The tenacity, without the bloodthirsty aura was refreshing and it was an honest fight between mages. He wanted to join because this loss of temper had resulted in something beautiful. He had found a rival, or at least someone to gauge his strength against, and he wanted to see where he could go.

Now he can be found often on the top of the guild looking out over the town, and sneaking up to the second floor to enjoy the height of the interior so that he could look out over his family... At least until he gets caught and booted down to the second floor.

[Guild & Magic]

Guild: Fairy Tail

Guild Tattoo: Black, on the back of his right hand

Magic: Lightning Dragon Slayer Magic

Caster or Holder: Caster

Description: Lightning Dragon slayer magic is focused on mobility and attack. The defensive aspects of the spells cast/used are focused around evading rather than taking the hits, or at least returning damage to the enemies that strike. It has no shields, but it rather versatile. Teleportation, high speed movement, lightning bolts, shock shielding, punches and kicks enhanced with electricity, and energy conversion are the specialties of lightning dragon slayer spells. It isn't easy to find in large amounts but taking ambient bio electricity from people is important, and the static electricity from high altitudes makes it much easier to gather it when the situation demands. These two methods are only for food and provide no extra mana.

Strengths: Lightning dragon slayer magic is versatile, but the biggest advantage that one gets is the ability to strike multiple foes. Besides that, teleportation or high speed movement are trademarks of the school and makes the user quite a bit more ferocious. Lastly, the lighting attacks have one advantage that fire doesn't seem to have. Electricity can travel from enemy to enemy, making it an excellent crowd control source if backed into a corner. Additionally, lightning dragon magic is great for close to mid range so there's an advantage in the ability to close the distance between oneself and an opponent more so than many of the other dragon slayers.

Weaknesses: Unfortunately, and as previously mentioned, electricity can be difficult to find. Ambient bio electricity provides sustenance, but it doesn't allow for much of an MP recharge. Unlike other dragon slayers, finding and fighting a foe who uses electricity becomes difficult since it isn't used anywhere near as commonly as fire and its subtypes. Additionally, the defensive capabilities of Lightning dragon magic is offensive to the last. The best example is the ability to discharge electricity into a foe who strikes in melee, but as far as barriers or defensive scales go, it's almost non-existant. Finally,  using lightning dragon magic when he's wet is a bad idea in general. While his status as a Lightning Dragon mage gives him resistance, he still has to worry about taking some damage from some of his own spells when he's wet (there are a few that won't affect him in this instance).

RP Sample:
He stood at the epicenter of it all. Water covered the floor and some kind of viscous fluid covered the chains that held his wrists to the wall. Darkness held his mind in its own special little prison thanks to the fact that even if he could manage to use a spell to free himself he couldn't see to tell if he would be smashing into a wall or supercharging a metal cell. Whoever had him held was obviously well aware of his powers and weaknesses.
"Hello?" A voice called from what he could only assume was an adjacent cell.
"I'm a little tied up at the moment, can I take a message?" He joked back, shouting it into the next cell over.
"Is... that supposed to be funny?" He could tell now it was a female voice, though somewhat on the deep side of the spectrum.
"Well it was... So how can I help you today." He responded
"I... can't talk to you right now." She said, the wavering sound of tears bringing more gravity to the situation. He couldn't help but feel as though it was his fault.
"I'm sorry. I just joke to lighten up situations that seem dire. How long have you been here?"
"Long enough to know that you haven't been tortured yet. Do you have anyone coming to rescue you?" She asked. He thought about it. It was likely that Fairy Tail might mount some sort of rescue, but he didn't want to get her hopes up.
"I doubt it. I kind of messed up and went out on my own." He lied. It was obvious to him, but he forced himself to believe it in that moment so that she wouldn't be disappointed if they couldn't find him.
That was when the sound of metal grinding on stone reverberated through the cell. It seemed as though it was coming from the direction of the girl's voice. He had been on the money about the metal cell from the sounds of it too.
"Good. Then we can afford to take our time with you, Tatsuma Shinju." Said the voice of the girl he had been conversing with. Her face was obscured by darkness and her voice now as compared to how it had been just went to prove that she was a VERY good actress. Unfortunately for her she had also given him the direction he needed to move to get out of the room, and he was about to start acting on that impulse too when alarms suddenly reverberated throughout the building, followed but the unmistakeable sound of explosions.
"Yeah about that..." He said as the sound of the explosions grew closer...

You already know me, you also already know I'm working your app. So let's get to it!

1. You need to "close" the command for the centering of the text [ /close] (minus the space)

2. Do me a favor and put a line gap between each category (likes, dislikes, motivations, fears)

3. Even though you are a lightning slayer, you eating bio electricity would be like an ice Dragon slayer eating an ice cube. More of snack, so no MP would be recharged. You would have to find a higher voltage. Now say it were a lightning based monster, and it gave off a high bio electrical aura, you feast and fuel to your heats content.

4. You will have to rewrite the knowing of the other Fairy Tail Dragon Slayer bit, it breaches on Hannah's personal lore.

5. This is just a writers note: Be more affirmative in your choices ex.
Swimming (he can he just hates it)
Finding Rhidran (if that ever happens)
Getting stronger to help change the world (even though he searches for other ways)
Just take out the enclosed pieces. It will make them sound more crucial to the characters personality\

Alright, besides that it looks great! Hurry up and fix those and I'll give it another look over!

You did exactly what I asked and that is much appreciated, but I was a little unclear on this. When I meant the categories do it like this.

Likes
candy
snowmobiling
singing

Dislikes
sticky stuff
spiders
vegetables

That should do it.
