Magic Council (Loyalists)

The Magic Council was shattered in the Civil War, and those that survived the coup are resolute in their oath to protect Fiore from those that would harm them. They believe that the role of the Magic Council is not to control the people, but to act as protectors when it is needed.

The Loyalists still bear the shame of a group manipulated into bringing harm to the people they swore to protect. They are guardians and peacekeepers, whose’ main ambition seems split between the destruction of Shadow Heart, and containing their sister group, who would bring back the pain and suffering of the last war.

The loyalists have no official uniform, since the Crusaders use their former ones. Many, however, use the unofficial colors of white and black, with red accents. The actual uniforms vary, depending on the individual.
